This article comprises: - a fixed flap (10), provided with means for fixing onto the device, - a movable flap (20), articulated onto this fixed flap along a hinge-forming region (21), and movable between an essentially closed position, where the movable flap is folded against the fixed flap and then reveals an outer face bearing an inscription representative of a first state of the device, and an open position, in which the movable flap is deployed away from the fixed flap and then reveals an inner face (11, 22) bearing an inscription representative of a second state of the device, the outer face being visually obscured in open position and the inner face being visually obscured in closed position, - means of latching (15, 24) the movable flap onto the fixed flap in closed position, and - elastic means capable, when the latching means are released, of causing the movable flap to move away with respect to the fixed flap towards the open position. <IMAGE>
