The present invention relates to instruments of the plunger type with which it is possible to remove an obstruction inside the conduits of, in particular, washbasins, bathtubs, toilets, sinks etc. It is characterised by a threaded male end-piece (3); a threaded female inner nut (5) which engages on another threaded male end-piece (4); a handle (14) for holding the funnel; a central water-intake trough (6) which is connected via tabs, comprising spaced-apart arms (7), to the central hole (6.1) of the rod (8); the hole is closed at its lower end by a plate (9).
