The invention relates to a crystalline microporous gallium phosphate and to its substituted derivatives, characterised by: a) the following approximate general formula: R<1>r1R<2>r2R<3>r3GagPpX<1> x1X<2>x2O2Ff.hH2O, where g + p + x1 + x2 = 1, and where: - g is a number between 0.4 and 0.5, - p is a number between 0.3 and 0.5, - xj, j = 1 or 2, is a number between 0 and 0.4, x1 + x2 being between 0 and 0.4, - f is a number between 0.01 and 0.2, - r1 is a number between 0.01 and 0.3, - ri, i = 2 or 3, is a number equal to 0 or is a number between 0.01 and 0.3, r1 + r2 + r3 being between 0.01 and 0.3, -h varies between 0 and 0.5, according to the degree of hydration of the solid, - R, i = 1, 2 or 3, is at least one organic compound chosen from the group formed by amines and R is preferably methylamine and/or quinuclidine, and - X, j = 1 or 2, is a heteroatom chosen from the group formed by the elements: Li, Be, Co, Mg, Mn, Zn, Al, B, Cr, Fe, Ge, Si, Ti, As and V, b) the X-ray diffraction diagram represented in Table 1 of the description, and to their process of preparation.o
