PURPOSE:To eliminate the mis-registration of color and the positional deviation of a recording paper and an image. CONSTITUTION:This color slippage corrector having a pattern image source 70 outputting pattern image data for detecting the position of the image is provide with at least a pattern image forming means 90 forming a pattern image outputted from the pattern image source 70 on a transfer carrying means 80 by an image forming means 50, a pattern image detecting means 16 located on the boundary of the image forming range and nonimage forming range of the transfer carrying means 80, to read the pattern image and an image forming position correcting means 40 correcting the positions of plural color images formed by plural image forming parts, without the deviation in the position on the recording medium. Thus, very stable high quality color image can be formed. |
