PURPOSE:To completely adhere a film with molten thermoplastic polymer by making molten thermoplastic polymer contact with film-like molten thermoplastic polymer generated with static electricity. CONSTITUTION:Film-like molten thermoplastic polymer 2 of 10mu-1mm extruded from the die 1 of an extruder is supported by an electrode support 6, and passed through the vicinity of a linear electrode 4 extending across the entire width of the polymer 2 and applied with 1-30KV via high voltage supply cable 7 from a grounded DC high voltage power supply 8 to thereby generate static electricity. This polymer 2 is pulled toward a cooling roller 5 grounded, and extruded on molten thermoplastic polymer 3 of less than 5mm thick moved along the surface of the roller 5. Thus, the polymer 2 allows to make contact with the polymer 3. |
