A rail for track vehicles comprises a plurality of individual rails (21, 22) arranged in alignment one behind the other, each of the individual rails (21, 22) having two mutually opposite end portions. Each of the end portions of the individual rails (21, 22) is arranged at a given distance from the end portion of the adjacent individual rail (21, 22). Furthermore, each of the end portions of the individual rails (21, 22) has an oblique front face (211, 221), the oblique front faces of mutually adjacent individual rails (21, 22) being arranged at a distance from and parallel to one another and assuming a given angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the rail (21).
