PURPOSE:To provide a device preparing synonym information interactively from a document data base. CONSTITUTION:This device has a document data storage part 205 storing document data, a synonym candidate extraction part 202 extracting a synonym candidate from a natural language sentence based on an extraction rule and a display/correction part 203 displaying the information on the extracted synonym candidate and performing confirmation/correction/addition. Thus, a device where the information on synonym candidate is taken out from a document stored as document data and a synonym dictionary 207 is interactively constructed while performing confirmation/correction/addition can be provided. By this device, the preparing of the synonym dictionary which is difficult to automatically be prepared and takes a great deal of labor and time if it is entirely prepared with manual work is made easy. |
