PURPOSE:To use an automatic transaction machine even when a transfer transaction is carried out at a financial institution without using any transaction card by paying the difference of short between the transferred amount including a commission and the amount of received money by a prepaid card inserted into the transaction machine by a customer. CONSTITUTION:An automatic transaction machine main body 100 is provided with a magnetic card shot/detailed statement discharging port 101, a guidance display/operation key 102, a bankbook slot 103, and a paper money/coin slot 104. Then the difference of short caused between the transferred amount including a commission and the amount of received money is paid by a prepaid card inserted into the transaction machine 100 when a cash transfer transaction is performed. Meanwhile the difference of surplus amount caused between the preceding transferred amount and the amount of received money is stored back into a balance storing card inserted into the transaction machine 100 by the customer. In such a constitution, the transfer transactions are possible with use of a card that can be used under the same conditions not only in a specific financial institution but in all financial institutions. |
