PURPOSE:To easily configurate a backup constitution and to accommodate itself to large capacity data by providing a storage device section as a dynamic RAM, a static RAM and a storage device section as a nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:When recording/reproducing data are stored in a D-RAM memory array 44, a control logic 52 lets a column address buffer 42 and a row address buffer 43 take in row addresses and column addresses, respectively and the data area written into prescribed addresses in accordance with the instructions by a row decoder 46 and a column decoder 47. On the other hand, data are stored in an S-RAM memory array 45, the buffer 42 and the buffer 43 take in column and row addresses, respectively and the data are written into prescribed addresses in accordance with the instructions by a row decoder 48 and a column decoder 49. Having this constitution, a backup constitution is easily configurated against a portion of the data and copes with large capacity data in a semiconductor memory. |
