PURPOSE:To provide a structure, which has the advantages such as the simplification of release and attachment and the prevention of the turbulence of the output waveforms caused by core deviation by containing the structure, which can perform the simple release and attachment when the encoder is attached to a motor, and the structure, which prevents the core deviation between a motor shaft and the rotary disk of the rotary encoder, and improving the connecting method. CONSTITUTION:A rotary encoder is constituted of a body A 11 and a body B 10. After the body B 10 is directly attached to a motor 8, the body A 11 is coupled in this structure. At first, the body B 10 is fixed to the motor 8 by using a jig. Meanwhile, a rotary disk 1 is fixed to a central, bearing 2 of the body A 11. When the body A 11 is coupled with the inner diameter of the body 7, B 10 as a reference, the center of the body A 11, the center of the body B 10 and the center of a motor shaft 13 agree. Here, a sleeve 3 of the bearing 2 has the force for holding the motor shaft 13 and has the structure, wherein release and attachment are made easy. |
