PURPOSE:To detect the access of an unused memory space. CONSTITUTION:This detection circuit is provided with an address decoder 1 inputting an address bus signal and a memory selection signal and detecting the access error of a memory space, an OR gate 2 inputting the output of the address decoder 1, an AND gate 3 outputting the AND of read/write signals and a D flip flop 4 inputting the output of the OR gate 2 to a D terminal, inputting the output of the AND gate to a clock terminal, outputting the output of a Q output terminal to the input terminal of the OR gate and the interruption terminal of CPU and connecting a reset signal which CPU generates after an interruption processing to a reset terminal. |
