PURPOSE:To perform the whole analysis ranging from a reaction with a reagent to a job for separation and detection so efficiently in a consistent manner by checking any dillution and loss to the minimum in the case where a trace sample is handled. CONSTITUTION:This trace element measuring instrument is provided with a trace quantity reactor part 1, a register part 2, a measuring instrument part 3, and a controller part 4. The trace quantity reactor part 1 controls an electroosmotic flow by means of high voltage impression and a solution, a reaction reagent and a sample by a flow passage selector switch, and the register part 2 measures a flow of reaction samples to be fed out of the trace quantity reactor part 1 and inducts the reaction sample into the measuring instrument part 3 performs an electrophoresis, thereby detecting the separated element in an optical manner. These elements are controlled by the controller part 4. |
