The cooking control method eliminates repetitive settings of complexed cooking menu in the case of cooking similar dishes just by one touch switch if setting an initial cooking menu. The cooking control method comprises the steps of: inputting a repetitive cooking key; a step of determining if the input menu uses a magnetron or an oven; seting a temperature and heating period; inputting a cooking start key, and storing the temperature and heating period on a computer memory. The repetitive cooking key let dispay prior cooking food menus, setting the period and temperature.
