<p>PURPOSE:To removably fit a separation claw unit to a device main body by magnetic connection and easily remove the separation claw unit. CONSTITUTION:A separation claw release mechanism is provided with a separation claw unit 1 having multiple separation claws 8 brought into elastic contact with the outer periphery of a fixing roller 7, magnetic connection sections 9, 10 for removably fitting the separation claw unit 1 to a device main body are provided at opposite sections of the separation claw unit 1 and the device main body, and an operation section 11 applying the operating force to move the separation claw unit 1 in the direction to release the magnetic connection state of the magnetic connection sections 9, 10 at a position apart in the direction perpendicular to the connecting direction of the magnetic connection sections 9, 10.</p> |
