PURPOSE:To provide an automatic analyzer incorporating a nondistillation type water supply section in which the replacement frequency of ion-exchange resin for refining water can be lowered while eliminating unbalance in replacement timing. CONSTITUTION:Water is fed from a water tank 805 through a reverse osmosis membrane unit 801 and an ion-exchange resin unit 804 to a sample nozzle 403 at a sample dispensing section and a cleaning vessel 406 therefor, a reagent nozzle 503 at a reagent dispensing section and a cleaning vessel 507 therefor, a stirring rod cleaning vessel 311, and a post-cleaning section 750 of a reaction container cleaner 700. On the other hand, water is fed from a water tank 802 through only the reverse osmosis membrane unit 801 to the water containing section, i.e., inner and outer layer sections 301b, 301a, of a reaction thermostatic bath, and the pre-cleaning section of the cleaner 700. |
