<p>PURPOSE:To improve the handlability for extraction and insertion of a medium by inclining and attaching a floppy disk driving device with the eject button side up within the range of the space formed among the floppy disk driving device, a main body upper case, and a main body lower case. CONSTITUTION:This documentation and editing device is provided with an LCD device as the display device, a floppy disk driving device (FDD) 5 as the storage device, a printer as the output device, and a control board for general control of them. Within the range of a space 12 formed among the FDD 5, a main body upper case 6, and a main body lower case 7, the side of an eject button 16 of the FDD 5 is turned up and the FDD 5 is inclined and is attached to an FDD attaching boss, which is provided in the main body lower case 7, with a screw. Thus, the label face is made easy to see at the time of medium extraction and insertion because the upper face of the medium is inclined in such direction in accordance with the inclining direction of the FDD 5 that this upper face can be seen on the operator side.</p> |
