摘要 PURPOSE:To let no phase transition take place at any temperature, and thereby chemically stabilize the cell by making each grain small in size by making use of the grain size effect of oxide in a LaCrO3 series. CONSTITUTION:When the crystal grain size of oxide in a LaCrO3 series is made small in a level of submirons, a crystal system is changed so as to be formed into a stable cubic system. There is no phase transition in the cubic system, thereby phase transition will never take place at any temperature. In order to form an interconnector composed of oxide in a LaCrO3 series, the crystal grain size of which is small enough as mentioned above, a thin film is formed over a porous electrode substrate, in this case, if alkali earth metal employed for doping is Mg, a product excellent in chemical stability can thereby be obtained. Moreover, if the composition of oxide in a LaCrO3 series is an A site defect type, a product which is more excellent in chemical stability, can thereby be obtained. Since the aforesaid crystal, in a cubic system has no phase transition point, thereby phase transition will never take place at any temperature, and the aforesaid crystal is chemically stable, so that it can withstand repeated operations for a long time.
