PURPOSE:To enable picked-up and reserved papers to be automatically forwarded through counting and stacking, wrapping and binding in the same manner as normally printed papers, by providing an inserting device by which the picked-up and reserved papers can be inserted at an intermediate part of a feeder. CONSTITUTION:The inserting device 8 enables the picked-up and reserved papers to be inserted at an intermediate part of the feeder 5. The picked-up and reserved papers selected by the operator and transferred to the inserting device 8 are slowly transferred through a table conveyor 17 and an inserting conveyor 18, and about 100 copies of the picked-up and reserved papers are made to stand by. At such a time point, feeding of a newsprint by the feeder 5 is inter rupted, and therefore, the speed of the inserting device 8 is increased, and the picked-up and reserved papers in the stand-by condition are inserted into a starting end of the second feeding conveyor 11 of the feeder 5. The picked-up and reserved papers thus inserted into the feeder 5 are fed in the same manner as the normally printed papers to a forwarding device 7, and are automatically forwarded. |
