PURPOSE:To make certain blood return after blood dialysis by furnishing a clamp to open and shut a main piping, a clamp to open and shut main piping between a chamber and a blood return hole, and a clamp to open and shut a branch pipe, and by properly controlling the opening and closing of these clamps. CONSTITUTION:When blood is to be returned after the end of blood dialysis, a blood pump 4 is rotated in the regular direction in the condition that an artery clamp 22 and a vein clamp 23 are shut while a refill liquid clamp 24 is opened, and a blood stream is generated in the direction A from a blood takeout hole 2 to a blood return hole 12, and refill liquid is drawn in to the blood pump 4 side. Then the pump 4 is rotated reversely in the condition that the clamps 23, 24 are shut while the clamp 22 is opened, and blood stream is generated in the direction B to the artery side, and the refill liquid drawn in to the vein side is sent into the piping 3, and the blood therein is accordingly returned to the patient. These procedures are repeated, and the blood in the circuit leading from the branch point of the piping 3 to the blood takeout hole 2 is returned to the artery a certain specified amount by amount so that the whole is returned at last, and the circuit leading from the branch point P of the piping 3 to the blood takeout hole 2 is substituted with the refill liquid. |
