<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the switching of a plurality of induction heating coils by commonly using a water-cooled cable to be connected to the coils in a billet induction heating furnace having the coils. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of terminals Ta1, Ta2, Ta3, Ta4, Ta5 Ta6 of coils Ca protrude to the same positions of both side faces of a furnace body Fa having the coils Ca mounted therein, terminal clampers A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 for removably clamping the terminals Ta1, Ta2, Ta3, Ta4, Ta5, Ta6, respectively are arranged at a side of the body Fa disposed at an operating position, and the other end of a water-cooled cable connected at one end to a power source is connected to terminal clampers A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, respectively.</p> |
