RESIN COMPOSITION FOR BRUSH HAIR MATERIAL FOR CAR WASHING

PURPOSE:To provide the hair material which lessens the sticking and damage of the hair material and is moderately easily delaminatable by using a plastic resin material compounded with specific ratios of polyethylene(PE) having specific density and polypropylene(PP) as the hair material to be used for a rotary brush, etc., of a car washing machine. CONSTITUTION:This resin compsn. for the brush hair material for car washing is formed by compounding 99 to 70 pts.wt. PE having 0.94 to 0.9g/cm<3> density and 1 to 30 pts.wt. PP. Fibrous PE is used as the PE. A PE compsn. formed by compounding 1 to 60 pts.wt. PE having <0.94g/cm<3> density with 99 to 40 pts.wt. HDPE having 0.96g/cm<3> density is usable as the PE as well. Resilience to the extent of preventing flawing of a car body by rubbing of the brush at the time of car washing is obtd. according to such brush hair material. In addition, the sticking of the cut hair material to the vehicle body is prevented.
