<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by constituting the manufacturing device for a sheet with magnets, in which many magnets are dispersed and held between the upper and the lower cloth, so that an ultrasonic fusing device is equipped, and position adjustment of the magnets is executed by a magnet installed in a recessed part of the tip of its ultrasonic horn. CONSTITUTION:In this manufacturing device, the upper cloth 11, the lower cloth 12 and a core material 13 are supplied separately in a laminated state, and also, in a stage before the upper cloth 11 is laminated on the core material 13, magnets are dispersed and supplied like a grid on the core material 13 by a magnet supply device. Also, laminated sheets 10 (11-13) being in a state that the magnets are placed between are subjected to ultrasonic fusion by an ultrasonic fusing device. This ultrasonic fusing device is constituted of a horn receiving base 51, and an ultrasonic vibration horn 52 arranged in its upper part, and in this horn 52, a circular recessed part 56 whose inside diameter is larger than the outside diameter of the magnet is formed, a magnet 61 is provided concentrically therein, and by an action of this magnet 61, a position of the magnet is subjected to fine adjustment.</p> |
