PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing lightweight cellular concrete capable of promoting the foaming and curing time while maintaining the fluidity in injecting a raw material slurry into a frame mold, forming uniform cells and keeping the foaming height constant. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing lightweight cellular concrete is to use a calcareous raw material and a siliceous raw material as principal components, add a foaming agent thereto, foam and harden the resultant raw material slurry. A raw material slurry, having <=130 mPa.s apparent viscosity and <=5 Pa yield value in injecting the raw material slurry into a frame mold and <=150 mPa.s apparent viscosity and <=15 Pa yield value during a period to the completion of the foaming of the metallic aluminum and capable of manifesting at least <=50 mPa.s apparent viscosity rise within 5min after completing the foaming of the metallic aluminum is used. |
