CONSTITUTION:This device is furnished with a CPU correcting an objective air-fuel ratio skippingly by skipping amount on the opposite side against the reversal direction and discriminating the reversal direction of output of an O2 sensor and enumerating a fuel injection amount for each 360 deg.CA by engine rotation in accordance with difference between an air-fuel ratio lambda detected by an A/F sensor and the objective air fuel ratio. Consequently, as the fuel injection amount is enumerated at updated speed for each 360 deg.CA, the objective air fuel ratio is immediately reflected to the fuel injection amount, the fuel injection amount is controlled by extremely favourable responsibility against disarrangement of the air-fuel ratio and when the air fuel ratio is reversed, the objective air-fuel ratio is skippingly corrected, large disarrangement of the air-fuel ratio thereafter is certainly restrained.
