发明名称 ABNORMALITY DETECTOR FOR REAR WHEEL STEERING
摘要 PURPOSE:To judge accurately steering abnormality of rear wheels by providing a target steering angle converting means to convert a target steering angle determined by using a transfer function to show responsiveness of an actuator into a monitoring target steering angle and an abnormality judging means to judge steering abnormality according to the converted monitoring target steering angle and the detected actual steering angle. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel steering mechanism 20 has an electric motor 21 such as brushless motor as an actuator to steer rear wheels. A rear wheel steering angle sensor 34 measures a turning angle of a rotary shaft of the electric motor 21, and detects a steering angle (thetar) of left and right rear wheels RW1 and RW2, and outputs a detecting signal to show the steering angle (thetar). Voltage from a battery 38 is supplied to respective sensors 31-34, a microcomputer 35 and a warning lamp 37. The warning lamp 37 is arranged in the vicinity of a driver's seat, and warns a driver of steering abnormality of the left and right rear wheels RW1 and RW2 by this lighting.
