PURPOSE:To provide an arm swing type disk molding taking-out device constituted so that the part easy to generate dust of a rotary mechanism is arranged under a mold and attached without remodeling an existing injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A support plate 47 is attached to the side surface of the base frame 11 of an injection molding machine and the base end part of a first arm 54 is fixed to the rotary shaft 49 supported by the support plate 47 and the base end part of a second arm 55 is pivotally mounted on the leading end part of the first arm 54. The base end part of a link 62 is pivotally attached to the support plate 47 and the leading end part of the link 62 is pivotally mounted on the base end part of the second arm 55 and a four-joint rotary mechanism is constituted by the support plate 47, the first arm 54, the second arm 55 and the link 62. When the first arm 54 is rotated, the molded product 25 held by the hand 24 of the second arm 55 can be pulled out of a mold without being brought into contact with a tie bar 14. |
