PURPOSE:To fine out pellet and molding method, with which long fiber reinforced resin molding having favorable surface properties and excellent various properties such as impact resistance and the like can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:In the pellet and injecting or injection compression molding method concerned, the pellet is long fiber reinforced synthetic resin pellet having the composite structure of high resin pickup layer and low resin pickup layer and the method is one, in which the above-mentioned pellet is employed or the molding concerned is molded out of the mixture of high resin pickup pellet and low resin pickup pellet.
