PURPOSE:To obtain a new vector useful for producing physiologically active substances such as a tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA), insulin or a chloramphenicol acetyl transferase (CAT). CONSTITUTION:This transduced vector comprises a promoter, an antibiotic substance-resistant gene, a gene capable of coding the objective genetic product, a terminator [a simian virus 40 (SV40)-derived region containing poly(A) added thereto, etc.] and a BMC-family gene of silkworm integrated into a plasmid. The vector is obtained by a conventionally known method for constructing the plasmid.
