PURPOSE:To provide corner pads for packing, suited to mass production and easy to discard, by a method wherein belt-like corrugated boards are stuck together in a plurality of layers in a multilayer structure, and bending is made to the layered structure in L-shape section along the bending lines provided in the longitudinal direction, and bonding, fixing and cutting are applied to the structure with the state of bending kept as it is. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of belt-like single-faced corrugated boards 5, each of which is made up by cutting a single-faced corrugated board material 1 formed by sticking a liner board 3 to one side of a corrugated sheet 2 along the lines intersecting the furrows of the corrugated sheet 2, are stuck together in a plurality of layers 5A-5E and a multilayer stuck body 6 is formed. In this body, the belt-like single-faced corrugated board material 5E on the uppermost layer is laid inside out on the belt-like single-faced corrugated board material 5D with its corrugated sheet 2 facing the corrugated sheet 2 of the belt-like single-faced corrugated board material 5D. The corrugated boards 5A-5E are bent along the bending line 7 extending in the longitudinal direction, and stuck and fixed in definite form by hot air drying. After cutting the multilayer stuck body into specified sizes, the cut bodies are made to serve as corner pads. |
