PURPOSE:To provide a check valve which is designed to have a sufficient quantity of an airflow and maintain the strength of a valve mounting member. CONSTITUTION:A root part is formed on the inner part of the rear bumper 12 of a quarter panel 10 and a panel under the root part forms a valve mounting panel 10a. A ventilation opening 10b is formed in the valve mounting panel 10a, and an exhaust valve 16 is mounted in the ventilation opening 10b. An outer frame 20a is formed to one side of the housing of the exhaust valve 16, an exhaust hole 20c is formed in the frame, and a mounting frame 20d is formed on the other side of the housing. The peripheral end of the exhaust hole 20c is caused to coincide with the base end side of the mounting frame 20d. A valve body 22 is disposed in the frame of the outer frame 20a and the peripheral edge part of the valve body 22 is brought into adhesion to the peripheral edge of the exhaust hole 20c. An engaging protrusion 22a formed on the upper part of the valve body 22 is engaged with the through-hole of the outer frame 20a and the valve body 22 is rockable around the engagement part therebetween. During a usual time, the valve body 22 is caused to close, as shown by a solid line, the exhaust hole 20c to cut out outside air but when an air pressure in a car body is increased, the valve body 22 is rocked upward, as sown by a two-dot line, to open the exhaust hole 20c. |
