PURPOSE:To quickly perform the position alignment of a laser beam focus and a small hole at the tip of a nozzle tip by supporting the position of a lens holder so that the position is possible to make a fine adjustment by plural screws to be inserted from the surface side of a housing. CONSTITUTION:On the side periphery of the cylinder of a lens holder engaging and fixing a lens, four small indentations are provided at regular intervals. Screw holes are provided in places on the side periphery of a housing corresponding to these indentations. The lens holder is held on the housing by inserting screws into the screw holes to abut on the indentations of the lens holder. A nozzle tip is mounted at a state in which the lens is held, and a working nozzle is assembled. A focal position is checked by a laser beam. A condenser lens is allowed to move by turning either pair of screws. A laser beam focus is allowed to position in the center of the small hole at the tip of the nozzle tip by a fine adjustment in the X-Y axis direction. |
