摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify an exhaust particulate process equipment by effectively utilizing the ventilation resistance difference and the exhaust gas flow difference taking place at the time of regenerating a filter as accomplishing efficient filter regeneration. CONSTITUTION:Filters 11, 12 of a large total filtration area (light ventilation resistance) are arranged in parallel in a No.1 container 10 and filters 21, 22 of a small total filtration area (heavy ventilation resistance) are arranged in parallel in a No.2 container 20. The regenerating order is to close an open/close valve 30 and regenerate from the filter 11 of a small filtration area enclosed in light ventilation resisting No.1 container 10 to the filter 12, thereafter, close the open/close valve 30 and successively regenerate from the filter 21 inside the No.2 container of a small filtration area to the filter 22. Thus increase of exhaust pressure at the time of regeneration can be restrained because it is designed to regenerate from the filter of a light ventilation resistance. Furthermore, respective filters 11, 12, 21, 22 can be efficiently regenerated with less demand because the quantity of exhaust gas passing through the filters to be regenerated later can be successively reduced.</p>
