CARD AND DECIDING METHOD FOR GENUINENESS OF CARD

PURPOSE:To obtain a card capable of effectively preventing unjust use, such as forgery and interpolation, and a genuineness decision method for the card. CONSTITUTION:A card provided with a signature panel part is formed by bonding a signature panel substrate on a card substrate 11 through an adhesive layer 13 containing a magnetic fiber 15 distributed at random. The output waveform of the signature panel part of the card is measured by a magnetic head. Because the magnetic fiber is contained in the adhesive layer 13, a response output waveform is different per card. Based on this waveform, a genuineness decision is conducted.
