CONSTITUTION:A composite film wherein on the printed face of a plasticized polyvinyl chloride resin film wherein a pattern printing is applied on one face, a cured coating film of a compsn. wherein a fluoroethylene-vinyl ether copolymer and an isocyanate compd. are main ingredients is provided, is laminated on a steel sheet through an adhesive layer in such a way that resin film the unprinted face of the plasticized polyvinyl chloride resin film is brought into contact with the adhesive layer.
