<p>PURPOSE:To stimulate the brain waves of a person inspected with a beam of light and induce to the desired frequency band. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting means 5 includes a right view field light emission part 14R and a left view field light emission part 14L which emit photo- signals (blinking light) having different phases. The photo-signal emitted from the right part irradiates only the right view field position of each eye ball of a person to undergo inspection, while the photo-signal emitted by the left part is cast only on the left view field position of the eye ball. Thereby the right brain and left brain can be activated individually, and information exchange between the left and right is promoted furthermore.</p> |
