PURPOSE:To integrally mold a plug body, the barrier sheet of which extends from the bottom to the peripheral side surface part of the plug body by a method wherein the thin barrier sheet, which is sucked to the projected part of a core in a mold, is pushed in and then resin in injected through the injection guide hole of the core and, at the same time, the suction of the barrier sheet is released. CONSTITUTION:A thin barrier sheet 4, larger than the projected surface 4 of a core (d), is attached to the projected surface 4 by suction through suction guide holes 5 and then inserted in a cavity (c). Molten resin is injected through an injection guide hole 7 in the space formed between the cavity (c) and the core (d) and, at the same time, the suction through the suction guide holes 5 is cut off. After that, a formed plug body is unloaded by retreating the core (d). Thus, the plug body, the barrier sheet (b) of which has no wrinkle. |
