This invention relates to crown moulding connecting blocks adapted to extend between a ceiling and wall, comprising a rear surface, an upper surface disposed at an angle to the rear surface for contacting the ceiling, a lower surface disposed at an angle to the rear surface for contacting the wall, a face spaced from the rear surface and having a desired profile extending between the upper and lower surface, an abutment disposed at opposite sides of the face, and locating surface projecting exteriorly outwardly from the abutment, and a recess disposed adjacent the abutment and the locating guide; and includes a crown moulding assembly.
