摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a load electrode with a large electrode capacity and a good charge and discharge property by mixing and heating a carbonic substance and an organic compound which satisfies specific conditions, so as to carbonize the organic compound. CONSTITUTION:The particles of a carbonic substance A and the particles of an organic compound B are mixed and heated to carbonize the compound B, and the particles of the carbonic substance A are covered by a carbonic substance C so as to form a multiphase structure. As the condition of the carbonic substance A, the face interval in the X-ray wide angle diffraction is less than 3.37Angstrom , the true density is 2.10g/cm<2> or higher, and the volume mean particle diameter is 5mum or more. The volume mean particle diameter of the compound B is made smaller than the carbonic substance A. Furthermore, the carbonic substance C has the face interval in the X-ray diffraction 3.38Angstrom or more, and the peak in the Raman spectrum analysis by using an argon ion laser beam of the wave length 5145Angstrom is in a specific scope. As a result, an active substance ion is carried in a positive electrode plate in a charging time, in a negative electrode, and the ion in the carrying body is discharged in the discharging time, so as to promote the electrode reaction in the charge and discharge. The discharge property can be improved consequently.
