PURPOSE:To specify a device or a user processing a picture by adding a specific pattern hardly identified by human eyes to the picture. CONSTITUTION:A discrimination section 409 discriminates whether or not an original is a special original based on picture information via a 3-line sensor 210 and a delay device 410. In the case of the specific original, a specific pattern hardly identified by human eyes is added to the original by a pattern addition circuit 410 and the picture with the specific pattern added thereto is outputted to specify the device or the user processing the picture information. |
