PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of a corrosion itself and to prevent the blinding in cooling pipes. CONSTITUTION:Cooling pipes 106 arranged in a cooling plate are connected to cooling pipes 103 and 104 projecting out of the cooling plate through insulators 105. The cooling pipes 103 and 104 projecting out of the cooling plate are earthed. The cooling pipes arranged in the cooling plate are connected electrically with the negative electrode side which is a part of a fuel cell through a conductor 102. The cooling pipes are connected in series through conductors each other. And the positive electrode side opposite to the negative electrode side being a part of the fuel cell is earthed. By such a constitution, the potential of the cooling pipes is reduced, and the corrosion of the cooling pipes is suppressed by making the potential out of the corrosion potential scope. In this case, the anticorrosive potential is variable according to the material of the cooling pipes. |
