发明名称 FUEL CELL GENERATING POWER SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To utilize the system as an on-site power source by removing CO out of mixed gas of CO and H2, adding alkali to phosphoric acid generated, and thereby synthesizing phosphate fertilizer. CONSTITUTION:The class 1 of liquefied petroleum gas is mixed with steam 2 so as to be led to a reforming process 3 under a specified pressure at a specified temperature. In the process 3, mixed gas is processed with steam in the presence of catalyst so as to be reformed, so that H2 is thereby generated. Generated gas as mentioned above is regulated to be less than 1 in a ratio of steam to carbon so as to be then led to a shift process 4. In the shift process 4, the shift reaction of CO proceeds in the presence of catalyst to remove CO so as to allow generated gas to be fed to a fuel cell 5 as hydrogen rich gas where the aforesaid gas is transformed into electric energy while being concerned in electrode reaction, so that energy obtained is supplied to generating equipment 6. Since the mist of phosphoric acid is contained in exhaust gas 7 exhausted out of the cell 5, it is recovered into a phosphoric acid recovery means 8 where alkali is added to phosphoric acid, so that phosphatic fertilizer is thereby synthesized. This constitution thereby allows the system to be utilized as an on-site power source for a place which is deemed difficult for the generating equipment to be set up.
