PURPOSE:To provide a small and light heat sink of a power head for electric automobile, which has great cooling capacity. CONSTITUTION:Two cooling pipes 4a, 4b multiplied by inlet and outlet distributors 3, 5 are mounted by brazing on the rear surface of a base 1, on the surface of which an IGBT 50 and a voltage converter 51 are mounted. The two cooling pipes 4a, 4b are bent and drawn so that they pass under the IGBT 50. Since the cooling pipes 4a, 4b are multiplied, water flow resistance of antifreezing solution is reduced while drawing for fine-tuning the cooling pipes in relation to the IGBT 50 and the voltage converter 51 is facilitated, and they can be cooled effectively. |
