AUTOMATIC FEED AND DISCHARGE METHOD OF TUBULAR BODY

PURPOSE:To provide a method of supplying a paper tube to a film winder by using a robot hand device, discharging a roll from the film winder, and conveying the roll to a storage place automatically. CONSTITUTION:This automatic feed and discharge method is provided with a paper tube feed process (first process) where the paper pipe (d) is fed from a paper tube feeder 52 to a film winder 22 by a robot hand device 24, a film winding process (second process) where a film is wound around the paper tube (d) by the film winder 22, and a roll conveyance process (third process) where the roll is conveyed from the film winder 22 to the holding pallet 25 by the robot hand device 24. By repeating these processes in order by computer control, it is possible to attain perfect unmanned manufacture of films and conveyance of paper tubes and rolls.
