PURPOSE:To make spraying of an ejection fluid in an atomized state possible by a method wherein a short cylindrical part having an ejection port is fitted into a part on the opening end of an ejection fluid passage, and a spherical body is housed in a space provided to the short cylindrical part so that the spherical body can move (oscillate) freely. CONSTITUTION:In an ejection head structure with a short cylindrical part 9 having an ejection port 13 provided at its one side, the short cylindrical part 9 is fitted into a cylindrical cavity 16 in small diameter provided to one side of the ejection head structure and is fixed with a tapered holding part provided to its front. A space 10 in circular shape section is formed inside the short cylindrical part 9, and a spherical body 6 is housed therein so that it can move (oscillate) freely. Then, the spherical body 6 is moved forward and rearward by the supply of ejection fluid and is brought into contact alternately with a receiving seat on the ejection port side and a receiving seat provided to the end face of a horizontal passage 5 of an ejection fluid passage 2, making the ejection port 13 and the ejection fluid passage 2 open and close alternately. Thereby, the ejection fluid is ejected under the state of oscillation, and spraying in satisfactory atomized state can be made. |
