<p>PURPOSE:To print and form an indication part whose strength is left out of consideration and to prevent a stamp part from being detached and stuck to the iron base by using the main agent of two part hardening type ink to print the prescribed indication part, coating the indication part with clear coating containing a curing agent and hardening it. CONSTITUTION:The main agent of two part hardening type urethane resin ink is diluted with thinner. Padding printing is performed by using the diluted main agent and a mark is formed on the surface of a high hard type two-piece ball. After the mark is dried, the mark is coated with polyurethane resin clear coating wherein the curing agent of two part hardening type urethane resin ink is added and then the mark is hardened. When the curing agent is mixed with the main agent, the pot life of two part hardening type urethane resin ink is short time of 4-8 hours. Since the main agent and the curing agent are separately used, the problem of the pot life is solved.</p> |
