SOUND IMAGE LOCALIZATION CONTROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the sound image localization controller permitting a listner to sense the forward and backward localization of the sound image formed by the sound emitted from plural speakers installed at a relatively near position to the left and right ears with distance feeling. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with forward emphasis filters 15 and 20 adding the emphasis components localizing the sound image in front of the listner to acoustic signals S1L and S1R divided from an acoustic signal S1 corresponding to sound emitted from one sound source and backward emphasis filters 16 and 21 adding the opposite components of the forward emphasis components as the emphasis components localizing the sound image backwards while corresponding to plural sound sources existed in the front and back directions of the listner.
