PURPOSE:To relieve the load on an operator by allowing a transmission terminal equipment to add image information to a document and to send the result, allowing a receiver side to collates an added verification image with verification image stored in a storage section, displaying the result of collation and allowing the receiver side to facilitate quick and accurate confirmation. CONSTITUTION:A transmission terminal equipment control section 9 of a transmission terminal equipment 1 stores a document entered by a sender through an entry section 4 to a document storage section 5. When the sender makes a transmission command, an entry section 6 is started and an image is inputted as a verification image and stored in a storage section 7. A document in the storage section 5 and the verification image in the storage section 7 are given to a verification image addition section 8. The addition section 8 adds the verification image to the document and returns the result to the control section 9. The control section 9 sends the document to a receiver side terminal equipment 2 via a channel 3. The terminal equipment 2 gives the received document to a separate section 11, in which the verification image is separated and returned to a control section 10. The control section 10 displays the separated document and the verification image onto a display section 12. |
