PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having a high dielectric constant and a small dielectric loss by manufacturing the composition made of BaO, BrO, TiO2, LaO3, at the specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition is expressed by the general formula: x[(BaO)(1-m)(SrO)m].yTiO2.zLaO3/2, where the value of (m) is 0.005<=m<=0.100 (x), (y), (z) indicate mold, x+y+z=1, and values of x), (y), (z) are within the range of mol% surrounded by (a), (b), (c), (d) shown by the table. Niobium of 0.3-3.0 pts.wt. as converted into Nb2O5 can be added as the auxiliary constituent. The dielectric ceramic composition having large dielectric breakdown voltage and insulation resistance and a small crystal grain size is obtained. |
