PURPOSE:To provide a multi-spot video conference connector device which can surely set the video conference by an access given from the terminal side even when the terminal side does not know the conference identification information that specifies a relevant conference. CONSTITUTION:When identification information T1, T2 and T3 on the terminals attending a video conference are supplied to a multi-spot video conference connector device 1 from an input device 2, these information are registered in a virtual conference room buffer 11. Then when some of terminals 3-1 to 3-4 have accesses to the device 1, the device 1 decides whether the identification information on these relevant terminals are coincident with the information registered in the buffer 11 or not. When the terminals 3-1, 3-2 and 3-3, for example, are coincident, the circuits of these terminals are connected to the TV conference, so that these terminals are set to the video conference. |
