PURPOSE:To enable even a user having little experience in the use of a simulator to easily and efficiently execute simulation by automatically generating an optimum mesh for simulation independently of the sort of a device. CONSTITUTION:An optional point A is set up on a 1st contour line and a distance La between the 1st and 2nd contour lines along a flow line passing the point A, vertical to the 1st contour line and vertical also to the most approached 2nd contour line is found out. A point B separated from the point A by the distance La is set up on the 1st contour line and a distance Lb between the 1st and 2nd contour lines along a flow line passing the point B, vertical to the 1st contour line and vertical also to the 2nd contour line is found out. When the distance Lb is more than the distance La, the point B is set up on the 1st contour line, and when the distance Lb is less than the distance La, a point separated from the point A by LaXLa/(2La-Lb) is set up again on the 1st contour line as the point B, the point B is substituted for the point A and points are sequentially set up. Then a tuted for the point A and points are sequentially set up. Then a triangurar mesh is set up by Delaunay triangulation based on the set points. |
